How we are structured
The practice is built around a small group of senior principals who lead engagements end-to-end. Each principal owns a primary practice area (platform, security, AI, data, operations) and depth across two or three adjacent areas. We do not separate "sales" from "delivery" — the practitioner who scopes an engagement is the practitioner who runs it.
For larger engagements, principals are supported by specialist engineers brought in for the duration of a workstream — vetted engineers with deep depth in a single area (Cisco fabric, RHACS tuning, identity migration, MLOps), who work under the principal's direction and the engagement's delivery discipline.
We do not staff "bench" engineers waiting between engagements. This keeps our team senior, keeps overheads low, and keeps customers from paying for staff they did not actually need.
Who you work with
Every engagement is named at the principal level in the engagement contract. You know who is accountable, you can contact them directly, and the principal stays engaged from Phase 01 through handover.
Principal bios, prior credentials, certifications, and selected client references are shared under NDA during engagement scoping, not on the public website. This is a deliberate choice: it keeps the relationship between principal, customer, and prior customer confidential by default, which matters to many of our regulated-industry clients.
How we hire
Hiring is by reference and depth, not by sourcing pipeline. Principals are senior practitioners with prior credentials in their primary practice area (typically 10+ years of relevant operating experience) and the kind of writing, documentation, and handover discipline this practice is built around.
Specialist engineers are brought in for engagements based on a small network of vetted practitioners, often through prior working relationships or community ties.
